Your list on our domains is our reputation too. Lawful lists only, an unsubscribe link on every send, and senders that draw complaints get paused.

Do I need to buy data to use Sending Agents?
No. Bring your own list, upload it, and send. Data plans are separate and optional. Add one later when your list runs dry.
Is my list cleaned before it sends?
Yes. Advanced hygiene runs on every list you bring, included in the price. Nothing dead reaches a sender.
Does the hard-bounce credit apply to my own list?
No. Credits back apply only to records you bought from us and sent through eKnoxx. Records you bring yourself are cleaned, not credited.
How fast can an agent send?
You send from day one. The automated warm-up engine raises the daily pace over about two weeks, up to 30,000 emails a month per agent.
Who owns the sending domain?
We register it, we own it, we pay for it. It is your agent's domain while your subscription is active. You pick the name.
