Exact Prospect ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Exact Prospect, LLC. We sell verified consumer and business audience data, delivered as CSV exports, through subscriptions and one-off credit packs.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information, both about you as a customer and about the individuals whose records make up the audience data we sell.

C. Audience data we deliver to you
When you purchase records, we deliver consumer and business contact data drawn from our national identity graph. Delivered records may include name, address, email, phone, and other fields depending on the plan and filters you selected. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of any delivered or appended data. 3. Where our audience data comes from
The records we sell are compiled from our national identity graph, built from licensed commercial data sources. We do not name individual data vendors, and we do not disclose the underlying source list for any specific record.
If you are a consumer and want a record about you removed from our national identity graph, email support@exactprospect.com. This includes CCPA and other state-privacy opt-out and deletion requests. We will process valid removal requests and suppress the matching record from future exports.
4. How We Use Information
We use data to:
- Provide and operate the Services
- Process transactions and deliver purchased records
- Monitor abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
- Improve platform performance and data quality
- Communicate service updates
We do not sell your account or usage data to third parties. Selling audience records drawn from our national identity graph is our core product; this section governs data about you as a customer, not the records you buy.
5. Buyer Responsibility for Purchased Records
Once records are delivered to you, you control and are responsible for how you use them. You represent and warrant that:
- You will use delivered records only for your own lawful marketing use, not for resale or redistribution.
- You comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CASL, and all applicable laws if you use the data to contact individuals.
- You will honor opt-out and removal requests you receive directly.
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Due to the nature of aggregated and licensed third-party data sources, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of records delivered from our national identity graph, beyond the hard-bounce guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
7. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics and similar technologies) to improve performance and measure engagement. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
8. Data Storage & Security
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards. However:
- No system is 100% secure.
- We do not guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and as necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Accounts terminated for abuse may have data retained for fraud prevention and compliance.
10. International Users
We operate globally. By using the Services, you consent to data processing in the United States and other jurisdictions.

Services are intended for users 18 years or older.
